Refund policy

• Deposit and full payment for Training/Class and other EAGLE EYE INVESTIGATION & SECURITY SERVICES TRAINING ACADEMY events are non-refundable. 
• If a registrant desires to reschedule his or her attendance, he or she is able to reschedule no later than 2 business days before training/class date by calling 202-300-1106 or 202-893-2598.
• A class can be transferable to another person or event ONLY ONCE after deposit or purchase, no later than business 2 days prior to training/class date by calling 202-300-1106 or 202-893-2598.
• We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a training/class or related event(s) in our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone a training/class or related event(s), we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled or postponed training/class or related event(s) within twelve (12) months from its original start date.
• This agreement also pertains to any event hosted by EAGLE EYE INVESTIGATION & SECURITY SERVICES TRAINING ACADEMY.  No Refund/Cancellation/Postponement Policy for Registrations. Once paid, registration fees for seminars and other events are non-refundable.
